Living Room

I have two possible layout configurations that I think may work well for your living room. The one has a u-shaped sectional that I think would be a comfy cozy layout that I don’t think would visually block the view or path to the sliding doors too much. You could then place accents chairs on either side of a media console that could be pulled up when you are entertaining larger groups (whenever that will be possible:)The other option is having an l-shaped sectional and placing the two chairs off to the patio door side. For either layout, I would place a large area rug that will ground the arrangement. I think using an ottoman as a coffee table would be a great idea and keeps us from adding more wood tones to your space. You could place a beautiful tray so that drinks can be placed on it.

Main Pieces

I would keep your main pieces neutral and add in the colour and contrast with accents and pillows. Your rug will be the perfect place to pull your colours from.

Coffee Table

Add a tray, a stack of books and a tall vase with real or faux greenery

Media Console

For your media console, I think something metal or painted or stained black/ charcoal would look great. Scale wise you can look for something larger than what you have there now and if you like the hunt you could find a vintage piece from an antique market or reuse store and paint it with mineral paint and add antique hardware.

Pillow Combos

Mix and match pillow in varying sizes for accent chairs and sectional. Etsy or rug and weave in town are other great pillow sources.

Artwork

I think beautiful botanical prints would look amazing on either side of your media console, I would do either a pair stacked on either side or if they are large enough one on either side.

Dining Room

You could add a sisal rug that pairs well with whatever you select for the living room, which will break up the wood floor and wood table. I think the black chairs and chandelier will be a nice accent. Then add a group of vases or one really large-scale vase on top of the table. Hang the chandelier so that its bottom of the light is 30” off the table.

I think hanging your mirror vertically and moving all of the small prints from your dining room around it will create a really nice gallery wall and focal point. It will also create space on the other side with the tall cabinet. Remove the small cabinet(that is on the floor in the corner) and chair so that you just have cabinet, mirror and art all around.

Bar Stools

I would select a stool with metal legs and leather, fabric or woven seat to break up all of the wood.
