Beech Consultation

Working with your existing elements I have recommendations for the new items you would like to add to your space over time. Below is a concept board showing how everything works together and when you scroll down the page you will see photos that link to these products as well as other options for you to consider. I highly recommend getting samples of all of the elements and checking them in your space. For paint colours you can get paint pots or swatches and place them in several areas on your main floor and check them in different lighting to make sure you love them before your paint.

For your floor, I think a nice modern large tile in a warm gray tone would update your space and work really well with the wood floor you have in your living/dining room now. For your countertop I wanted to give you some options so you can get samples as well as quotes to see how much of your budget you would like to dedicate to this area. I have shown laminate and quartz options below. They both work well with your existing back splash. A warm off white colour for your cabinets will brighten your space and work really well with the neutral paint colour that I recommend you carry throughout your main floor. You had mentioned you would like to add glass doors to your kitchen, I would add them to your cabinets on either side of your sink. Since these are large cabinets you could consider using frosted glass if you don’t want to have to keep them perfectly styled all of the time. I have two accent paint colour options for you one is a bit bolder, both would make your beautiful vacation photos pop. I recommend using the accent colour on your television wall. A new large scale chandelier in black will add a focal point to your dining area.
