 Option A

This option has the washer and dryer stacked in between the water heater and laundry tub. An L-shaped kitchen with open shelves above the sink. A large pantry tucked in front of the stairs. A good-sized bedroom with a large closet and lots of space fo relaxing and entertaining in the living area.

Option B

The difference for this option is the washer and dryer are moved beside the shower/tub combo. Which allows the bathroom to be larger and gives you a larger vanity cabinet. I shortened the bedroom which makes your kitchen area larger. I have also shown how a sectional can work in your space.

You could use white cabinets if you like but. I did find this stock mushroom coloured option from Ikea.
