Living Room
Add 8 x 10 area rug- Check out Rug and Weave’s Loloi rug collection https://www.rugandweave.com/shop/collections/all-rugs I have many in my home and they wear really well. One thing is the Loloi rugs are sold everywhere including Amazon so if you are a deal hunter I would check Rug and Weave to see if they have it on display but then check Wayfair and Amazon to see if they carry it as well.

Pillows check Rug and Weave, but I also order a ton of pillows off of Etsy, here are some shops I love.

Example for a chunky side table for the corner below stacked artwork, I would look for a vintage piece, I have a ton of luck finding pieces at Habit for Humanity on Speedvale, maybe 24” x 24” would be good, and a round table for in front of the mirror.

Make sure to grab paint samples and test them in your space first to make sure you love them before you start painting.

Keep in mind if you are doing a fan you can do a pendant light over the peninsula and table or if you are doing a hanging light over the island just do a flush mount over the peninsula and hanging light over the table.
