• An option on either side of your fireplace is you could place a cabinet on either side with art above or add two shelves to the other side as well.

• For art, I have an option from Minted and another option from Juniper Printshop which can be purchased as a digital download and printed locally. You want these to be a good size so that the scale looks good with the fireplace.

• Another option would be to have custom cabinets made could be with closed cabinetry below and open shelves above, I use New Life Cabinetry for all of my custom cabinets. Or if you are handy you could create the look of custom cabinets with Billie bookcases, Here is a blog on how to do that.

• I think a grey neutral rug would work well in your space, I have added a few options. I noted a rug size of 9 x 12 but you can measure your space and see what size would work best with the rug just sitting under the front of your sofa and extending to your loveseat.

• I think white light linen or cotton curtain panels with a black rod would look fantastic on your windows. It would soften that whole wall and you can close them when you need to filter the light and the rest of the time they will just add texture to your space. I would mount the rod above your windows and doors I am not sure how long that wall is but I did add a 144” rod if that wasn’t large enough there are rod connectors that you can extend the rod along the whole wall and have your curtain panels just kiss the floor. If you wanted a solution for your top angled window it would have to be custom.

• For your furniture arrangement, I think you have it laid out nicely. It would be great to see if you could add a small-scale round coffee table, you may have to push your loveseat down towards the fireplace a little. I also wonder about adding a chair across from your loveseat with a small side table. It would complete your layout and provide lots of seating options. Your ottoman could go towards your loveseat to provide a place to put your feet up.

Mirror on either side of the fireplace

• Another option I thought of was you could hang two large-scale mirrors on either side of the fireplace. This option would look great with either custom or custom look base cabinets below. Or a console table which I have added below and then you could add baskets below or even tuck under small stool or cubed ottomans.

Bathroom Lighting And Mirrors

• I like the wall sconces you have purchased

• I do think moving the mirrors and lighting centred above the sinks is the right choice.

• I would add a tray and vase with branches in between the mirrors would look nice and fill the blank space. You could then add beautiful canisters and soap to the tray. I have some options for you below.
