James Laundry Design
Option A
This option has the dryer and washer exposed but with counters on top which will be a good space for folding laundry. A sink in the middle will function for the powder room sink and laundry tub. A drying rack will give you a good space to dry laundry and I placed the twoel bar below.
Option B
For this option, I have a stackable washer/dryer combo at the end with the sink in the middle and a cabinet with a drying rod attached to the upper. I have attached a picture below the 3D drawings to show what the drawer pullout would look like.

Option C
This option has the stackable washer/dryer placed in a pantry cabinet with retractable or piano hinge doors. Narrow cabinets with a sink and closed storage on the opposite wall. This option would require the plumbing to be relocated.
