Manuel Living Room
Option A- White-painted fireplace surround
For this option we could do a paneled fireplace surround, it could be built around your current stone and we could keep some of the stone showing. I have also shown roman shades on your two windows.
Option B- Existing fireplace with current stone with new wood frame mantel added.
On this option I have closed the window above the fireplace, this allows us to place the tv above. We would no longer need the media cabinet and the chairs could move to the back wall. I added full-height curtain panels to the windows on this option and a fun mirror above the chairs.

Sofa
I have added the sofa from the concept board but I also some other options as well. The sofas from Markham Furniture are custom and we would select a fabric similar to the Urban Barn option.

Accent Chair Options
Side table Options
When I looked closer at the dimensions of the side table from the concept board it is a little short, I did find this other option that has a very similar feel but the scale is better.
Coffee table And Console options
The original leather ottoman that I sourced for the concept boards is no longer available. They do still carry it but in a smaller scale which I have added below and we could put two together to make a coffee table. I have also added some other options.

Hallway Ideas
I have been thinking about what we can do with your long hall to add interest and break it up a little. I thought if we added moulding/panelling this would help.
Option A - Full board and batten panelling
Option B- wainscotting
For either option, I thought we could add large prints or large-scale family photos, either evenly spaced across the wall or I found this picture rail that would only work on the full height board and batten. https://www.potterybarn.ca/products/temple-street-frame-rail-bronze/?pkey=cpicture-frames
