Final Design
Notes: For the shower I realized I had a half wall built but that really isn’t needed it can just be a glass panel. Which would keep it more open, let me know if you prefer the half wall and I can change it. Also the shower base can be a prefab base like I have shown here or your contractor could build out the shower base and bench and you could select small mosaic tile like I have shown in the below concept board for that area.

Below are three different layout and design options, below all of the options is a feedback form for you to let me know all of your thoughts.
Option A
This option closes up the door to your bedroom and eliminates the linen closet in the hallway. A freestanding tub replaces the current corner tub. The vanity flips onto the adjacent wall sharing a half wall with the new shower. Since we are removing the linen closet a new custom furniture linen closet will give you plenty of storage space. In this option, the floor vent would have to move. A slate-looking floor tile, white subway tile and brushed nickel and matte black fixture give you a modern farmhouse feel.
Option B
This option closes up the door to your bedroom but keeps the linen closet as is in the hallway. The shower and the vanity swap locations and the corner tub is replaced with a new freestanding tub. In this option, the floor vent could be vented through the toe kick in the vanity. Soft grays and white tones with a mix of metals give this style a warm farmhouse feel.
Option C
This option keeps everything as it is but updates it with all new finishes. The large corner tub is replaced with a freestanding option and the angled shower is replaced with a square more functional option. Warm wood look tile flooring is paired with creams and blue tile in different shapes.
