Paint the walls White Dove for a seamless, neutral backdrop, or choose one of the two pale color options I selected for a touch of color while keeping the room bright. Hang your bird prints above the new, taller headboard so they balance on the large wall. Add flowing curtain panels to bring warmth; for the small window, use a simple roller shade that disappears when rolled up, I would just pick that up at a big box store. Swagging the pendant light over the chair for reading to introduce texture and visual interest.
