Option A

I've made your shelves shorter and wrapped them around the corner by the window. This creates space for larger upper cabinets with closed storage and glass doors. The sink cabinet is off-center from the window, with the stove centered between both windows and a plaster hood above it. The table is placed in the corner with built-in bench seating. Your island features an open shelf cabinet on the end that shows off the wood tones. I've arched the top of the niche, turning it into a coffee bar. The storage cabinets beside it have multiple tones, incorporating wood and black details.

Option B

In this option, I kept your shelves as they are and added a wooden cabinet to create a coffee bar and hold small appliances. The banquet goes under the window with a round table, which may not suit the table you already purchased, but I wanted to suggest it. On the blank wall next to the table, we could add a custom plate rack for texture. I included a desk in the window alcove for a nice spot to work. The island has closed storage with chunky gables. For the back wall cabinets, I designed arched doors in the center (my program lacks detailed arched doors). The niche includes a base cabinet and open shelves.
